I was billed (and my insurance billed) for 3 visits where I answered the same background history questions each time. For the last appointment, I took time off from work to make sure I was available for my telehealth appointment and the NP was over an hour late, asked to reschedule, and told me I was lucky she took me on as a patient because she is “very busy.” I had bloodwork done and never received the results (so just more time off work and $ in co-pays and insurance wasted). Dr. Did not return calls. Messages were left that my medication need to be renewed and calls were never returned. I had to ration out my medications. And even after calling medications were not renewed. When I finally spoke with her she was nasty and said she had called it in. My medication carrier said it had not and they tried reaching her numerous times. Eventually I got her on the phone she renewed my prescription and told me she did not want to see me any longer because she had not gotten paid and dumped me as a patient... read more
