We purchased this pre-lit tree and have had it less than 3 years, only used for a month or two the last two years. It’s already having issues. The tree lights glitch and switch colors without us being able to keep it on one color. I spent over $200 on this and take great care of it yet it’s already broken. I tried calling Menards and cannot get a hold of anyone because they don’t answer their phones and when asked to help transferred to the service desk I get hung up on. Best Menards around. Great team, excellent service.
One of my go to places to shop but this rating is solely based on the most recent visits due to basement remodeling project. I found out the rudest staff in the plumbing area especially the manager Adam. He never seems to be happy to assist. If asked for a product, his simple answer he, whatever is pn the shelves is what we got. He would never bother to walk you to the product aisle and help you find something that one can not find or don't know much about. I spend thousands there last 2 weeks and trust me his attitude made ... read more
