Customer service at this location is first class. I won’t go into specifics, but it involved an incident with a tool rental. I was completely responsible for the issue. Rather than upholding the letter of the law, Trent and the other manager looked at the totality of circumstances to reach a customer-centered resolution. This is what good management looks like. Other home centers would do well to take notice.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I put in an online order and when I went to pick it up the item was not there. I was sent on a chase FOUR TIMES throughout the yard to find my item and was told FOUR different times where to find it and they finally told me it was out of stock. HOWEVER, THEY FAILED TO MARK IT AS MISSING AND MARKED IT AS PICKED UP. Online assistance refused to do anything and tried to send me back to the store. They sent me back to online customer service. Nikki at the customer service desk is so wonderful! My husband and I purchased a closet system for our nursery that ended up being defective. We were nervous we wouldn’t be able to return it because we’d already partially installed it, but Nikki was so friendly and helpful. What could have been a disappointing end to a disappointing situation was not, thanks to Nikki!
Liz and the other man in the paint department were amazing I wish I would’ve gotten his name too but they were very patient with me and knowledgeable about oil based paints and wallpaper
