The people are helpful. They took time to answer our questions and help us. Especially Paul who works in doors. Go back there when we are in town.
Menards itself is ok, but the way the supervisors treat their employees is not good. I've witnessed a young female crying and others being called out, in front of customers and over the radio. That was the Avon, IN Mernards.
Good prices and great customer service. This store also carries food.

Bought a couple of $200.00 MTD weed eaters from the Menards in Avon Indiana. One of the weed eaters started leaking oil profusely. Tried to take it back to Menards for exchange. What a joke! They said that I would need to take it to an authorized service center for repair. So I asked for a simple refund. Again, told that they couldn't give me a refund, and that I'd have to take it to their authorized repair center for repair. So I took it to the authorized repair center and was told that they don't work on weed eaters for Me... read more
