RecommendedI usually like the experience, selection, pricing. The mask deal is not good! I can’t get in without one, but the employees all have theirs pulled down?!!
Will not be forced to wear a mask and having to pay for one. You can clearly see that others don’t wear them properly but I’m suppose to feel safe that they require them, I call bull. Thanks Lowe’s for your reasonable attitude toward retailing. It’s my responsibility to use universal precautions, not a store trying to make me feel safe which they are failing at. However, it is your right to run you company they way you do, and my right to purchase elsewhere. But Menard’s you just lost a customer for life.

They tell you that masks are mandatory to enter the store and if you dont have one theyll sell you one. Control freaks. I'll never forget that. People remember how you make tbem feel & I'll avoid going there again.
dont go to Menards avon is not letting handicapped people go in the garden centee doors. they are making them walk all the way to the front west door and walking all the way back to the east side of the store garden center.
I was in there today. You force customers to wear masks yet I took photos of 5 employees NOT wearing masks inside the store INCLUDING the employee selling masks for a dollar at the CS desk. One employee had his mask on his chin. I asked the employee at the paint desk why he didn't have a mask on but he didn't answer.
78 year old Mother, Grandmother and, until now, LOYAL, frequent shopper buys refrigerator, waits 10 days for delivery and setup and....wait for it....IT DOES NOT WORK. Bigger issue is Menards WON'T expedite shipping a replacement and treated her badly. Offered an unknown store brand. Bad business!
Save yourself time, money and frustration. Do not purchase Medallion Cabinets from Menards ever !!! Their customer service is non existent!! It took them almost a year to finally get my order done and correct...then ten months later I had a pantry door that started to come apart. I took it off as directed and took it to the store so they could make a new one to match, well two months later still not a new or corrected door, so now.... I will go back pickup the broken one and have a cabinet company of my choice to fix it for ... read more
Worst possible customer service ever....would not return my money back, said there was no cash option button. Wouldn't allow me to talk to their store manager....worthless people who live a worthless life
