Bought an appliance package Menards had on sale over the Memorial Day weekend. Here it is OVER a month later and I have had to call for every update and now I am being told it is going to be yet ANOTHER MONTH and they can't even guarantee that my appliances will be in. 2+ MONTH WAIT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! They need to either upgrade my order or give me my money back!!!!!!! If i could give a rating less than 1 star i would.
I went to Menard's in Avon early evening today (5-5-17). I BOUGHT a can of Ozium spray and some other things that I had to pick up in the yard. Since I was parked by the Garden Center, I went out that door to drive to the yard. A young employee stopped me before I got to the door, there was no one else around, and asked could she see my bag? Extremely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service today by the manager of duty, Laura!
Terrible customer service. Refused to recut blinds, blamed it on a dull blade. Suggested by the GM, personally they didn't look bad to him. I didn't hear him say he was paying for them! Worst customer service EVER!
Menard's Avon recommended Ted Asher Construction to my Mother in law - if they recommend him to you... DO NOT USE. he is a HACK and he has shoddy work, you have to pay up front . be warned!!
In two seperate visits I had two different people treat me so rudely and with nothing but disrespect. The gas money to go somewhere else is worth it. Trust me.
Due to a commercial indicating a sale price on Howe's Diesel Treat being $8.49 we went to purchase several of them (this commercial has been running since Sunday and at least through this morning). Shelf pricing showed no sale price and the scanner didn't indicate any sale price to match the commercial. Had the same problem with the Terre Haute store - though they tried to find if it in fact was on sale - none of the employees had seen the commercial so they wouldn't honor it. This $8.49 pricing isn't the 11% rebate pricing.
