I love this place and the doctors. They are usually very busy and sometimes you're put on hold or have to wait a while for a call back. But they honestly work hard to avoid all of that. The doctors all try to make the kids comfortable and keep them from being nervous about being at the doctor. The office is always nice and clean. And they will get you in to see a doctor the same day you call.
Dr. Phillips was our daughters pediatrician until she was 16. I think she was one of his oldest patients! We loved him! Now my two grandson’s see him and they really like him. He’s always had the best bedside manners and the kids feel so important when he sees them.
I brought my son to the MCC-Germantown location on a Sunday due to a health scare. We were checked in within a few minutes, Brianna was very friendly and helpful and so was the other staff. What was a scary situation became pleasant when we entered MCC....I recommend them to anyone.!!

This a great clinic.The staff,nurses,and doctors are always friendly.It doesn't usually take long to get in there and out .Doc Thompson is my son's doc and he's smart, friendly ,jokes around,and gives great advice.He makes us feel comfortable and doesn't rush us.He encourages us to ask more questions and we get a reminder call the day before the appointment.The only thing I dislike is its usually warm in there and wish they had toys so my son has something to play with now that he's older so he can keep quiet while we are wa... read more
