They never answer the phone! You are sent to voicemail when you call to make a sick appointment and it says they will call you back but no one ever does. That is not the way to treat customers! The doctors are great but the rest of the staff is horrible!
I love the Doctors at Memphis Childrens clinic! They are very good with my Grandson and take their time even when they are very busy! Wooden benches in the waiting room however, are extremely uncomfortable! Whats that all about?
Waited 1 1/2 hours past our appointment time. More than 20 people went before us with had appointments after ours. Will be changing doctors and reporting it to tricare.
They are always helpful! Im able to get my child in usually the same day. If its important I get in the same day. All the doctors are thorough. Pretty good with time as well. I recommend them to everyone!
