I've taken my kids only to MCC..... They're great,except some of the front assistance sucks. I came in on 12'30'16. The front nurse looked new,so I was pleased and she was Professional!!! Thanks!!!
There is one older doctor I do t care for but Dr. Stancil is so good. The Stage Rd. Location is the one to go to NOT the one on Kirby Whitten. That place is horrible. The reception ladies are not responsive and ignore people ad have no idea how to... do anything. We waited for so long at that location both times we had to go. Never again. We will only go to Stage rd. They are so much nicer there and faster and more knowledgeable.
The wait time is too long!! Never can be seen even close to appointment time. Took my daughter in yesterday for a flu shot during the alloted time for it which is 8-11. We got there at 10:40 and did not leave until almost NOON. Much too long of a wait for just one shot. Also, when asking a receptionist how long the wait might be, I was told "oh it shouldn't be too long". Omg, Really! Been bringing my daughter here over 8 years now, but ready for a change. Would rather be in a friendly environment miles away than in an unfrie... read more
