RecommendedMy son has been coming here since he was 6 weeks old ( 2014), they have been good to him. Now my daughter comes (2019) We don't sit in the waiting room long at all. And the nurses are very nice. Dr's know what they are taking about. We are very pleased with them 🤩🤩🙏🏽
RecommendedWe normally see Dr. Stancil but today we saw Dr. Kassees. Everyone at Memphis Children's Clinic is awesome. From signing in, to being seen, to check out everyone is friendly and helpful. My oldest has been a patient since we moved here when he was 10 months old. this is the only pediatrician my youngest son has ever been to. we love Memphis Children's Clinic.
Every time I call to make an appointment, the person that answers is rude or talking/eating in the background. They don't speak or have any customer service skills. Today I spoke with Alexis, and thanks to her I will be taking my kids to another doctor's office.
