All of my children attend and have attended since birth. I love their assigned physicians and the ease of getting appointments. The only thing that needs improvement in my opinion would be the professionalism of the front office staff. The staff most times don't speak and appear to be tired or lazy leaning over the computers. We LOVE Dr. Stancil at the Stage Road location. He is always very polite, and answers all of our questions.

My son went to Memphis Children's Clinic from his newborn visit until 1year ago when they stopped taking Tenn Care. It took me 8 months to get his records faxed to a new doctor who stopped accepting new patients one week prior to receiving the records. I refuse to go to the Kirby Whitten location. The stage road one is SO much quicker and staff is nicer. Dr Stancil is a god-send. We will never go anywhere else!
