The Butterfly urn I ordered for my mother's remains arrived in a timely manner and was even more beautiful than pictured on your website. It was carefully packed with care (two boxes) and included a velvet pouch, which I felt was a nice touch for transporting the urn to her memorial service. I ordered the Framed Oak Horizontal Photo Med Pet Urn for my dog that I recently had to put to sleep. I ordered it late on Friday night and received it via UPS on Wed afternoon. It's a very high quality product with the engraving plate showing her name and the nickname I always called her. This is second item I have ordered from this company and will do business with again, but I hope it's awhile before I have to do so. I do highly recommend this company.
I certainly recommend Memorials(dot)com services. I ordered the bronze Dignity Navy Cremation Urn with additional black on brass engraving for my father to be placed at Arlington Cemetery. The original urn arrived with a very small scrape near the top, and I initially I thought they also forgot the engraved nameplate, but it ships separately as it turns out.
