The smaller urn I purchased for my sister was lovely. She couldn’t have been happier with it and now has both of my parents by her bedside everyday. For her it’s a blessing. Thank you so much for a wonderful product not to mention it arrived in record time😊😊

Unique items, great service. They didn’t have what I ordered but contacted me right away to let me know when they would have it in. The bird urn was exactly what I wanted.

It is so terribly hard to lose a 4-legged member of our family, and the funeral home we used for 19 SharPei previously, charged triple for the same urn I could obtain from your company. Your company has supplied us with the last three urns, and I can truly say that I will never go through the pet cremations services for obtaining our urns in the future. The whole process of being able to order online and receiving the urns from Memorials was a pleasant experience.

I couldn't find an urn that I liked here in Western Australia. Fortunately I found these wonderful people on the web. They not only had a urn I liked but they were more than happy to send it to Australia. Top rate service around. Thank you so much for everything.

Excellent service, fast delivery and pricing good. They took great care and talent in making our families touch stones set of 10 but actually they made 11. Beautifully made of two pieces of glass fused together with our loved one's ashes in the middle in a design. Each one is different, beautifully made. Our family chose the contemporary colors including pink, green and blue pastels. From the moment we selected an urn, until it was delivered the customer service was impeccable (especially Ms. Debbie). The same day I placed my order I received a call confirming the engraving and actually making it even better. Had several emails back and forth with the same person and she could not have been more helpful. This has been the hardest thing in my life being it was for my child. The staff made this process a lot smoother and a little easier to stand.

I would give this company 10 stars if possible. I recently shopped online, in catalogs and in brick and mortar stores looking for a suitable memorial flag case to hold my husband's flag. I wanted something made with wood (not plastic), glass (not plastic) and affordable. What I found here had all I wanted. Plus the flag case was delivered very timely and well packed. Our Urn was as beautiful as the picture on the website. The urn we chose was hand made. Customer service called to tell us the urn they had in stock was slightly different than the one shown on line. We decided it would be fine. Excellent customer service!!! Arrived within 4 days. Just in time for our precious daughter's service. Diane L.
