Horrible experience with a terrible company. Now have ashes and no urn to put them in. Company never contacted me to let me know urn that I ordered and they took my money for was not going to come. I had to call them to ask where the urn was.

RecommendedYesterday (11/29) I had the cremains of my two cherished friends interred at a local pet cemetery. The cemetery facility only permitted a flat grave marker (bronze marker on a granite base) of certain sizes and preferred clients to use their exclusive vendor. RecommendedDealing with the death of a loved one is challenging... as is picking the right Urn. Memorials.com allowed me to pick the perfect Urn & name plate, on my time as their site is available 24/7. Customer service was friendly & helpful, answering all my questions & once the item was ordered I had it in 2 days. 2 DAYS! Shopping with them was the least stressful part of planning the memorial. The Urn was beautiful, much nicer than in the photos & Mom will look lovely in it as it sits in our living room!
I never accepted them as a friend. why are they on my list. please remove them.
