Such a poor 5 hour experience in the ER with a broken foot, no answers or pain relief, as soon as were discharged drove an hour and a half to our home and went to Trios in Kennewick and were done in less than an hour with answers, a proper referal, and pain controlled. Felt very overlooked and disappointed with Dr. Papazian
Released my newborn too early. We had to go to ER per drs orders and be re-admitted less than 24 hrs if being released. Now we have several hundred dollars in medical bills our insurance would have paid for if they wouldn't have released my son before they should have.
Dr. Livingston and his staff were amazing. I believe my RN was Brittany, but cannot remember. She did an amazing job with my patient care!! Thanks VMM!!
