My 11 year old had to have emergency surgery on his appendix last night. That nurses and doctors were amazing. Making a very scary situation for my son as comfortable as possible. My husband was very appreciative.
HIRE more employees SO call lights are answered within a 3 minute window.....helpers for patient bathroom needs. get extra people to help get food trays to patient so it is at least warm. agreed lesser paying job but still very needed service to the patients and will help someone pay a bill....

worst experience in Wa. I don’t recommend if u have another choice. My family member didn’t and bad bad things happen to her. The CNAs need severe training from lifting people so they don’t drop them or assistance when light is pushed not over 20 min later when u don’t have another option to move but by assistance. Unbelievable how rude and incompetent they are.
Horrible 5 hours total for a dislocated shoulder to be seen call an ambulance DO NOT COME HERE!
