RecommendedI had baby number 4 this past Friday and all the nurses I had during my stay were amazing! The past babies I have had, friendly staff was hit and miss and they never really cared to make sure dad was taken care of too. This time was a great experience! They asked several times if not only me and dad needed anything but also the support people I had in the room. A nurse brought in bedding for dad and made him a bed on the couch. my mother in law has been in the hospital a few days now after a surgery and they brought her lunch and when she bit into it she bit into a finger of a glove! that is completely unacceptable and when we showed it to the nurse she just took it like nothing and said she would throw it away. They are very lucky she did not choke on that rubber!
the security guards are horrible. the rent-a-cop assaulted me here. he broke my phone because he thought i was taking a picture of him. i would never take a loved one here. Very poor customer service. Shameful. the nursing staff seemed wonderful. its sad that this one "security officer" ( i use this term loosely) would treat people so horrible! they are not licensed by washington! therefore they are not regulated. user beware! attorneys are now involved!
Recommendedmy husband had a stroke and spent 5 days on the 2nd floor stroke unit. The staff was amazing. Nurses, caregivers, and cleaning did a great job. I just want to say thank you to all the staff! Not one was better than the other from dietary staff, nursing staff, labs, cleaning people, social workers and all. Thank you for all you do!
