Went here on Sunday because of a fall a few days prior & still being in pain. Super nice staff at desk, great nurse, & kind X-ray tech. The long dark haired NP? The most rude & uncaring person ever! She started pointing her finger at me telling me I should go to my PCP, this is not what a UC is for! She started saying I needed bloodwork & I told her I had recent labs right in my chart.
