The staff is very friendly and caring. All precautions are taken for safety. The Breast Advocates are very helpful and go above and beyond to make navigating any appointments or scheduling for you.

The young woman administering a quite painful call-back x-ray was as gentle and caring as possible, making sure I was satisfied as much as possible with the tricky maneuvers and explaining every step of the necessary process. She anticipated my questions, explained what to expect next, and was reassuring at all times. She was the most caring technician I’ve ever dealt with! I think she should train other health care professionals! Not all are so solicitous! Kudos to Memorial Care for finding and hiring this gem!
