Amy T. at the front desk has been a friendly and helpful person that assist everyone with a smile. She is knowledgeable with insurance and listen when patients have questions. Great front desk person.
Been to this Urgent Care 4 times now. I always request an appointment before they open and have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. The nurses are always personable, they listen and ask questions. The doctors are always respectful (especially as an LGBT+ patient, that's hard to find in OC) and go above and beyond to make sure im comfortable and understand the "how" and "why". A bit pricier than other Urgent Cares in the area, but worth it to feel safe, heard, and in good hands.
