Visited The saddleback Memorial press center in Irvine nice, clean, Facility and employees were very nice. I’d go back again.
I've been taken care of at this location for many years, and there's not one time that I've felt uneasy or unwelcomed. Friendly staff that .make you as comfortable as possible.
I had a very disappointing experience at this breast center. From the moment I walked in, the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and professionalism, which made an already stressful visit feel even more uncomfortable.
Always puts me at ease, takes time to listen to me.
Everyone at this location provided the best patient care that I could ask for. From the front desk, to technicians, to the doctor, I was cared for in the most professional, compassionate, and friendly manner. I appreciated the clear instructions I was given each step of the way, and everyone seemed to “happy” to be at work. Thank you to everyone at this facility for easing my nerves from the moment I arrive to the moment I left.
