The paperwork across the Memorial Care network is sloppy. The section to sign allowing them to share your procedure with anyone for "training" purposes in photos and videos was in the same signage as acceptance of financial responsibility. When this was brought up, the response is, that it is a standard hospital form for Memorial Care, but don't worry, we don't do any recording here.
