they had a homeless guy that got beat up by another homeless guy with a baseball bat broke his arm 2 weeks I'll go in Port Arthur Texas they sent him home with a brace. I brought him to the hospital last night because the arm is not healing at all the bowl is completely broke they did not x-ray it or even touch that arm told him he can go now it has to heal on its own.
