The staff at the Express Lab across the street is phenomenal! Very kind and caring. Their compassion for their patients is the best I’ve seen at any lab. Wish I had caught the lady’s name that preformed my lab services on 7/1/2020. She was so calm and caring walked me through each step of the process and eased my anxiety and fear as best she could given the circumstances.

I would never come here for service as one of your employees, Lesa Gee Rodgers, feels it is ok to be an open racist. I wonder how she is treating patients that are minorities? Maybe someone should investigate that. Disgraceful.
Had a representative reach out to me in a timely and kind fashion to resolve and issue over the weekend. The representative showed sympathy and compassion in a time where both these things seem to be lacking. GENUINELY APPRECIATED!

Your employee, Lesa Gee Rodgers is a self professed racist. She has no business being an employee of any organization that is to unbiasedly assist people in need. I am very concerned for black patients in your hospital.
Professional Care with the Emergency Nurses
I had to go to their ER today. Intense upper abdominal pain, nausea & unable to eat or drink for the past 2 days because it made the symptoms worse. After spending 3 hours there, to get a bag of saline water, a shot of nausea medicine and some pepcid, I was told the blood tests came back negative & we hope the nausea medicine works for you...... Went back home, still in pain, unable to eat or drink. Did they try to find the cause of the pain? Nope Did I just waste my time & money? You bet I did........
