this place molests and harasses every patient because they claim someone cheated a drug test once went in for a non dot physical because they can’t observe the UA they follow you from room to room until they can molest you using a hernia check as cover the lady said she was going to check my groin but then grabbed my penis and asked what it was when i told her it was my penis and i didn’t feel comfortable she informed me she “has to touch my testicles anyway to finish the hernia check” this place is doing something highly il... read more
This office has friendly staff and Ms Dana Albrecht cares for her patients she is a excellent doctor I totally recommend this office if your looking for a new doctor Ms Dana is the best !
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here . I have gone in for 2 physicals and drug test and everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I have had a few paperwork issues ,but they always work to resolve them as quickly as possible .
If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is a joke. very rude people. I went in to get a physical for work and they insisted on a DOT physical when I'm in a non DOT position even when the paper stated NON DOT . I honestly think they pushed the DOT one because it pays them more. So just because of that I WILL be reporting the NP that saw me to the State Nursing Board and I will be filing a formal complaint with Memorial Hospital. If they don't do anything my attorney will be in contact.
Excellent example of why people don't like and are scared of going to the doctor's office
