Very professional and compassionate. Had a very bad situation pertaining to my mother's passing and this funeral home, especially Gregory Griffin helped me with the situation to help me honor my mother
The cemetery...Beautiful. When your driving through you almost forget that you're at a cemetery it looks like a park with all the old trees, flowers, and shrubbery and of course The Grotto area is a perfect place to take pictures. The funeral home.......very nice the people there are great. My mom passed away a couple months ago and they took very good care of us and the arrangements were no hassle.
Our family has been buried here for many generations. We've always been treated well even through ownership changes. Very beautiful and serene place to go and see your friends and loved ones. My plot is there waiting on me too ..... hope it's 25 more years, but it's there!
Five months prior to my husband's funeral, Larry Thompson led me through pre arrangement plans with amazing understanding and skill. Then Gregory Griffin guided me through the funeral with such perfect planning and execution. He made sure that every little detail was met....down to serving Dr. Pepper at the reception. We had a beautiful service for my baby boy but I was told we could only order 1 of 3 small headstones. Not true. I went to visit my son and was caught off guard because no one called to tell me his headstone had been placed! As a grieving parent, that is a major milestone and no one had given me the courtesy to know it had been placed. Then, I realized that other babies in the same section had larger, more beautiful headstones that I was denied for my son. Someone was supposed to follow up with me and they never did.
