My mother in law passed away November 2020. About 3 months prior to her passing, she pre-paid for her funeral expenses. She overpaid for services she didn't want, but we were assured her estate would be refunded. It took several months after her passing to receive the refund. It has now been 9 months since her passing, and she has no grave marker which was pre-paid for along with her other funeral arrangements. RecommendedI lost my mom on June 29,2020. I knew I wanted to lay her to rest somewhere beautiful. So we chose memorial park for her funeral services and burial. Allen and Kyle were amazing. They helped make this process as easy as possible and communicated with me and answered questions every step of the way. They really made this difficult time easier. They were kind and compassionate. I would like to thank Joe,Hannah,Aaron,Mark and Kyle for such a wonderful experience when we sent my brother Knox Phillips to Rock and Roll heaven...we had guitars...a song...and some great stories to share..They enabled us to have exactly what we wanted with out any hassles at all..no pressure just fine accommodating people..The same thing was true when we sent my father Sam Phillips to Rock and Roll heaven in 2003..Thank you very much...Rock on...🎶 Jerry Phillips...🎶

The staff. the solemnity. those were 2 attributes of what was nice. the land is also beautiful
