I would like to thank Joe,Hannah,Aaron,Mark and Kyle for such a wonderful experience when we sent my brother Knox Phillips to Rock and Roll heaven...we had guitars...a song...and some great stories to share..They enabled us to have exactly what we wanted with out any hassles at all..no pressure just fine accommodating people..The same thing was true when we sent my father Sam Phillips to Rock and Roll heaven in 2003..Thank you very much...Rock on...🎶 Jerry Phillips...🎶
I had an inquiry that I had posted to their website last night. I figured that if I heard back from them at all, it would be next week. Here, first thing this morning (Sunday) I had a reply in my inbox from Allan Bowden. Have to say that I was really impressed with his efforts to answer my questions. He even had to do some digging and while I wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for, Allan certainly came through so far as he was able and beyond. The staff. the solemnity. those were 2 attributes of what was nice. the land is also beautiful
It’s a lovely place to have a memorial service and the staff was very nice and most helpful.
My 18 year old son was killed and we were thrust into funeral planning far sooner than we ever imagined. The staff at Memorial Park was incredibly understanding and supportive through the planning and services. Special thanks to Kyle, Aaron, Celeste and Najwa for being so wonderful to work with and helping us through an incredibly difficult time. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care you provided for Jack and the lovely services we were able to remember him with.
I was over charged for services that weren’t delivered and they are very difficult to deal correcting the issue. Their business practices are less than professional. I am very disappointed in Memorial Park. Have filed complaints with Better Business Bueau and the Tennessee Department of Revenue—Consumer Affairs as well as emailed their corporate office. Very sad that they show no respect for their customers, when they preach showing respect to loved ones. Check and double check your contracts —they sure don’t.
