 RecommendedI've been coming here since I was a baby!! I absolutely love the staff!! They have me back within seconds! Super quick and through exams , always on their A game. I've been seeing Dr. Herzog primarily but will go to Shelly Wise as well. Carrie is one of my favorite nurses especially when getting vaccines! Highly, Highly reccomend this practice!!Â
 RecommendedI like Amy Winters the best. She is easier to get into then Dr. Herzog is. Amy is very compassionate and very understanding she spends a lot of time with me to help me understand things. She’s ordered some tests that I’ve needed for a long time that nobody else looked into. She’s been a part of my bariatric life since I had my surgery she’s been very supportive. I would definitely recommend her. I have been with Dr. Herzog for 15 years and she’s my primary care doctor but she’s not easy to get into.Â
After years upon years of having doctors give me so many "I don't know" answers and doing nothing to help me figure out what was going on with my body, I finally have found someone who is willing to help. I've seen Dr. Badenhop and he unfortunately was not a match for me, so I moved on to his PA Shelley. She worked and in a sense got the ball rolling, but wasn't the right fit, the PA Angela certainly wasn't the right fit for me either, but then I took a chance on Amy. You feel like family when you walk in. They already have me in line before I say anything. One of the front desks ladies named Jodi always have a smile on her face. If she isn't too busy then we catch up on our cute grand babies, what they say or do, have a few laughs and before I sit down they call my name. I know the nurse Lori is always concerned about me too. It is good to know you are treated like family! M. CookÂ
I have been with them for 5 years. The staff is top rate . They even added my dad when they were not taking on new Medicare. They gave him more help in five months than he had got in Wv in years.Â
Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional the receptionist was today. I've heard great things about this office so I wanted to get my Father in here so I knew he would be in good hands. After the way I was talked to today, I will never allow my family to be seen there! This is unfortunate that the office is losing patients due to the treatment they receive from the front desk staff..Â
