Been calling for 3 days to get med refill no call back no med refill dr.john groves ordered test I done said test never got results and no return call so here I sit suffering it crazy

I'm here for my follow up after surgery. 3 plates and 15 screws in my arm. I broke my wrist and arm in two places. The night I went to the ER the orthopedic surgeon was at home and would not come in. I spent 24 hours with 2 severe breaks because he didn't think it was important enough to go to work. He and his staff are extremely rude and at the mention of pain medication their attitude and bed side manner gets even worse. Their desk/office staff “screen” PAYING (a current patient) out. In essence- a barrier between you and your doctor. This is concerning.

I was referred to here by included health and I was told this place provides the Healthcare I'm seeking . The receptionist lady told me "No" and she refused to double check with the nurses and gave me such a hard time.
