Very good experience at Memorial with the exception of Discharge Planning, Patient waited 6 hours for transport and then was transported at 11:00 at night to a very undesirable facility. Family not available at that time of night after waiting all day for the discharge. Patient now stuck in an absolutely miserable placement with no windows, no light, no fresh air. Feel patient was "dumped."

I was just released from memorial hospital from the ER and from the telemetry floor I had a very good experience with all staff they were professional kind the best I would highly recommend memorial hospital to anybody

I would not recommend going to this ER or having a surgery here. They do not resolve your issues so you are forced to go back to the er pay more money to be seen at the er- it's a total scam and everyone should tell their politicians and insurance companies!! SCAM!! Dr. Kathleen Eve condones this abusive behavior by hospital staff towards her patients. She is not a patient advocate..Know you are unsafe with Dr. Eve, Sutter, and Memorial. My husband went to have a pacemaker put in. He woke up during the procedure due to to the fact that the anesthegeologist did not give him the right dose. They told the reason he woke up was because he was moving. That is a new one. Don't take anybody that you love there. They will kill them. They have no good doctors or nurses anymire because of COVID> Ber carreful..

Came in to the er with my bf he has been in hella pain for the past few days were he can't handle the pain and being dehydrated on top of it for not eating or drinking much from being sick and they say they can't do much untill the other people ahead of him go. Me and my family have had problems with this hospital before but we decided to bring him here cause they were not busy like the others and it's still a long wait. Sorry never again coming to this hospital. Bad experience Everytime I swear.

Worst hospital Ive ever been to.Took my son in to see if he had concussion from the football game waited there for 4 hours and the nurse said if we want to go home because its going to be awhile so we got up and walked out. Then my daughter went in se so much pain in her kidney area she got sent home they said it was nothing wrong with her..so when she got home she couldn't barely walked so she called them and they said to come back in so she waited and waited they said that she want to wait or they give her medicine for pa... read more

I was picked up today at my home by ambulance, and taken to the hospital. I had been extremely sick since Friday, at 1st I thought it was just the flu. Very bad stomach, diarrhea, headache, then the chest pains started, and pain under my left breast. So I got very scared that I was having a heart attack etc. So an ambulance and firemen came to my house, they took me to the E.R. and rolled me in the doors, the lady talked to one of the techs.
