Dr. Black may be an excellent surgeon, but the staff lack professionalism. I’ve had one issue after another with scheduling, lack of communication OR miscommunication. The check in staff are not very welcoming, they are dismissive and if I had to choose over again, I’d have gone elsewhere!
Dr. Burwell and his staff went above and beyond with my needs and he did a wonderful job on my mothers knee replacement!
