I went to urgent care, and they advised me to go to the ER to get a CT scan. I got in and told them that the urgent care sent me here to get a CT scan. I waited 6 hours in the waiting room, and then a doctor pulled me into a room. He checked my blood pressure, and my breathing said he was not doing a CT scan. There was nothing wrong with me. Yet he wanted to give me pills. Pills doesn't fix everything. Worthless place will never go back.

Still waiting 2 hours plus in the emergency room for imaging to be done. Was sent by Memorial Urgent Care to have imaging done because my throat feels obstructed. I can't swallow liquids or foods due to pain. I've seen everyone else be seen after I arrived. Do yourself a favor and visit any other hospital that isn't this place.

Just took my deaf wife in to the ER for shortness of breath and chest pains. We were taken to a room in the ED by one of the techs who ran a blood pressure and o2 and asked a few questions with their faulty tablet they require for interpretation that kept losing signal. They would not allow me to interpret for her delaying her care more. After these basic vitals and questions we were told we would next see a nurse or doctor soon. Over an hour went by with no medical attention or intervention. We were worried and concerned fo... read more

Please go anywhere else before you come here. I wasn't even admitted to the hospital, I simply only used their outpatient lab services. They charged my insurance over $2000 and left me with a $500 bill. I applied for financial assistance because I'm not even working right now, and they declined me. I tried their payment plan and they set the minimum for you which makes no sense because how can you tell me how much I'm able to pay? I should have known that this place hasn't changed its predatory practices since I was a kid.
