We drove 40 minutes to go to this ER because we hate Mary Rutan, which we always come to this hospital and never had any problems until today ! Worst experience EVER ! My boyfriend hurt his ribs and thought he either popped one or it was his vertebrae. The hospital is just fine but the ER is horrible. Got to a room and was in there for 2 hours before anyone came in. Could hear them taking laughing and having fun when people need to be seen. Most of the doctors are very unprofessional. If you don't have good bed side manner. then find a new career path. Now I lay here at home in so much pain because they didn't care. Sad come on doctors step up your game.

I love the staff, and Shelly Wyse is the kindest person you could ever ask for, and that's why they are in bussines. 😊
