Get directionsWhile my Doctors have been decent. Currently with Dr.Gollapalli. My experiences with this office has been horrible. My medications don't get refilled. The pharmacy requests sit unanswered. I spent an hour and a half yesterday trying to speak with someone to understand why the refills haven't been sent back. I was told ok, let me check and call you back. NO CALL BACK, no refills. Down to my last dose of a maintenance medication for potential life-threatening condition. Call pharmacy today, "no sir, we don't have the authoriza... read more
My son was brought to Memorial Herman Memorial City hospital due to food poisoning and was bleeding from the rear. He arrived with his wife at noon on June 7th. After being taken in we requested some information and were given none. I happen to be his father. I asked the receptionist to speak to a doctor or a nurse and was told that some would be out to speak with us in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I reminded her that no one has come to speak with us. Then the receptionist tells me that no one Will speak to either myself... read more
This is the worst hospital!!! The nurses on floor 7 some not all are lazy, rude and unprofessional. They don't check in on you and you ask them to bring you something and they don't. You have one that just sits at the desk not doing nothing all day long. I think maybe it needs to be brought to the attention of the hospital director.
My mother was in Memorial Herman Memorial City after having had a stroke, it was the worst experience we have ever experienced and I have worked in customer service for over 30 years, nurses don't check in on patients for four hrs straight, don't give proper updates to family members. Don't shower patients. Just rude and disrespectful in all aspects. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Stay away from this hospital if you want to survive!!!! Missed a large cyst that my wife has the first time she went to their dirty and nasty ER. They are very unorganized and you may not see a real doctor.
I had a reservation for a covid vaccination today made less than 48 hours ago for Group 1b of Texas. I was out of the country, returned 3 weeks before to arrive in Houston this morning and hear that due to a communication error they were just helping patients above 65 and not the ones with medical condition of group 1b. They said they were sorry and they were working to solve their communication errors. As per Texas law group 1b is above 65 and pre-condition. I have had a heart attack, I had all the documentation to proof it... read more
This was our worse hospital experience ever!!!! If you have a sick child DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!! Take them to Texas Children so they can get the care that they need. Texas Children, doctors, team care, professionalism, how they operate, and knowledge is like going to Chick-fil-A and Memorial is like going to McDonalds. If I can use that as an analogy. Worse doctors I have ever encountered. The nurses seemed to be more knowledgeable and confident than the doctors. It could of been that I have a black child and ... read more
Racist and unprofessional. This is disgusting.
I want to share my experience with Memorial Hermann Hospital, Memorial City, E.R. in Houston so that you can avoid what happened to me. Last fall, my husband took me to the ER one Sunday afternoon because I thought I was experiencing a detached retina - bright lights and a big shadow occluding my vision. It was only a few minutes after giving my name to the lady at front desk that I realized that my symptoms were more in line with a vitreous detachment which is a non-emergency. I told the front desk that I no longer needed t... read more
