I was sad to learn that Dr. Kristina Johnson was leaving. She recently opened up a new practice; however, she doesn’t accept the insurance plan that I currently have. So I decided to try the new doctor, Dr. Zealy, and I’m so glad that I did! She’s an excellent physician with a great bedside manner. Today my follow-up appointment was at 9:00 AM and I was out by 9:15 AM, done! I’ve never been in and out for a doctors appointment that quickly, ever!
To Everyone At Family Care Richmond Hill & Especially Karen Morgan, I want to say Thank You All So Much. I have finally found a Primary Care Doctor & Team that has went above & beyond for me since I walked in. I have finally for the 1st time felt seen & heard by my doctor & her whole care team. I will highly recommend to anyone looking for a Primary Care Doctor & Team.
Today I had my initial well care visit with Dr Thomas Garner in Richmond Hill. The staff was welcoming and efficient, everyone was pleasant and professional, every paperwork request was clear and well coordinated The doctor genuinely cared about me, listened to my concerns, personal background history, and questions related to my age bracket.
