I have had 3 visits to this medical facility in the last 6 months. Every visit I was seen very close to my appointment time and staff and doctors all were very professional and nice. My new doctor was exceptional—thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. What stood out just as much was how professional and kind his staff were. From the front desk to the exam rooms, everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It was clear they all work together seamlessly to provide outstanding care.
I went to memorial health in Richmond Hill today for a checkup, Dr Garner and his staff were very nice and helpful as usual, let's hope i live to be old, lol, thank you.
The staff were very courteous and friendly. Dr. Johnson took time to listen to everything I had to say, and answered all my questions. She was very patient, courteous and easy to talk to. She treated me with respect. She explained the action that she will be taking to treat me. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit.
