Great staff! Was just there for 4 days and couldn’t have been treated better.
I had twins at Memorial North in 2022. Last month, Billing Services contacted me to say that my insurance company owed them $9000 for only one of the twins. I am 12 phone calls and hours of work into solving this and figuring out who made a mistake. Most employees have been nice and attempted to be helpful, but ultimately just tell me “I don’t know” and to figure it out myself, and will not escalate me to someone knowledgeable enough to help. Beware of ER. I went in with a kidney infection. They really did nothing for me. I went in they didn’t even give me fluids. Blamed it on the hurricane. People be more prepared running a big hospital. I would have gotten better treatment from the mountains. You people are a disgrace. I don’t even want to give you a star.
Excellent hospital they have very kind and caring personal at every single dept.
It's a good hospital. Some not so good policies though.
