There are plenty of very good doctors available in every medical specialty. Easy to get appointments with the doctors who practice here.
My daughter just left the ER due to a nurse BRENDA, yelling at her because they were busy and not paying any attention to what she was saying. A male nurse decided to take a personal call and walked away. No wonder they were busy, staff walking away from patients! Used to be our go-to hospital but looks like they just don’t care. Disgusted.
The nurses and front staff are always awesome…. But the drs…. Every time we have gone they do the absolute minimum, repeatedly remind you that “It’s not my job to tell you what’s wrong with you, it’s only my job to make sure you’re not dying”. Great philosophy, UC Health. Btw I was dying and ya’ll sent me home with antibiotics when I had a blood clot and dying artery in my leg. Almost lost my foot if it weren’t for Penrose. It’s too bad bc my drs are in UC health but I won’t use the ER anymore and it’s across the st from my ... read more
