I came there and sat in the lobby 3 1/2 hours, did my triage, x-ray and I never went in a room. When my x-rays came back they discharge me from the lobby. I had Osteoarthritis in the right shoulder. Keep in mind, about 4 or 5 months ago, they treated me for the left. I had know idea wht my right one was hurting, never had trouble out of it, but I did have some bad falls in 2017. I give this hospital a negative rating ... I made a complaint concerning my daughter over 2 months ago and I still haven't heard anything as I was told I would! The nurse that was supervising that night took all of my info like she was so concerned but didn't follow thru .... This hospital is a complete MESS!!!

Husband and I , was just there yesterday, in the er, for the removal of a cyst under his arm. We waited 3 hours, before we were called back, and another 2 hours, before we were done! The wait time, was terrible!
