Fast, full service emergency room with a nice staff.
My toddler (2yo) came in to this place with pain in his leg/foot and unable to walk or put weight on his leg. Doctor witnessed his inability to walk but instead of ordering an X-ray of his whole leg, he decided to order one of his hip. Of course nothing was wrong with his hip. He sent us home and told him to give him ibuprofen. I knew something was wrong so I took him to his pediatrician the next day and he ordered an X-ray of his knee, ankle and foot. Our local Girl Scout Troop of Juniors toured this facility for our First Aid Badge and couldn't have been happier. The staff was amazing and so caring. We had a really fun night and learned so much. They even arranged for an ambulance and fire truck to come out and help with the night.
The last time I was at Memorial on Racetrack it was horrible. The staff was not attentive and were rude. This visit was great. THANK you so much for getting me in immediately and treating me with kindness and concern. I was worried because I had to get somewhere fast and you were closest to me. THANK YOU to Nurse Crystal and Nurse Mark. You guys are the bomb! It is so rare these days.
Quickest care nicest staff...walked straight into a room
It's never a pleasurable visit when going to any ER, but in the three times that i have been here (twice for myself, once for my son), it's really been a pleasure. The staff was friendly and kind. The doctor had fantastic bedside manner, personable, and professional. it's stressful enough dealing with injuries so to have such a great staff, is immeasurable. I wish all ERs were the same as this facility. -Pleased patient
