RecommendedMost amazing staff ever!! I have severe health anxiety and would recommend this hospital to any and everybody! Made me feel very safe super thorough and made me feel like family. I currently live in Saint Augustine and would make the 45 minute drive to this emergency facility for myself and my children. Cannot give this place enough stars!!!!
I was so, so impressed tonight. my son fell and we thought he'd broken his arm so we took him to the closest ED. Dr. Blake and the nursing and xray staff were AWESOME! they made us completely at ease and were so caring toward my son. we were in and out in 45 minutes.
I will never go here again. After denying a tetanus shot twice a 3rd person entered my room with it IN HAND, gave me a lecture, and I had to deny it a 3rd time. I had to call for an itemized bill. Once received guess what I was charged for!? The shot I never received! Also, they give a discount for co-pay if you agree to pay in full, which is fraud.
They were so worried that my husband was a drug addict Because he was in so much pain and I let him have one of my pain pills that they totally ignored his symptoms and now my husband is having emergency surgery at Baptist south!!
I just received a phone call from health care payment system asking how I wanted to handle my emergency room bill... I have never been there, your website does not show me as having been there not sure how to follow up on this or who to call, I requested information in writing as this is false
This was my second time going to this facility and I can say that both times have been the best ER visits that I have ever had. The entire staff and very nice and act like they love their job. The facility is very clean, as a ER should be
speedy care, but their billing system is a nightmare -- every department bills separately, and God help you if you get hurt vacationing from another state.
