I am writing this review as a homeowner who has been living in one of men property management's managed communities (here in Jersey City) since 1994, in general we find them very responsive to any and all questions, (from telephone or e-mail), and also their staff is very polite and professional.
mem property management are expert in condominium property manager for a reasonable cost. Their advice to our Board is clearly reasoned and considers all financial and legal aspects under the latest Federal and NJ condominium housing . mem's staff oversees all aspects of caring for our property like providing legal notices announcing annual or special meetings, publishing our current directory every year, monthly operating budget and reserve fund analysis, soliciting and managing subcontractors, overseeing maintenance and se... read more
I am the President, of a 490 unit HOA. I signed a contract, with mem property management, the first time, back in 2012. It was for a 2 year term. mem property management, under the direction of Martin Laderman, and his professional staff, have gone above and beyond, my expectations, and in doing so, I¿m glad to have signed up for another 2 year term.
