Dr. Melzer diagnosed my problem of seeing double and eyes not focusing together. He gave me a prescription for glasses with prism and it is fantastic. I've been complaining about this problem for years to other ophthalmologists (out of state) and I am so happy that he took the time to figure it out.
Had external tests performed. D. changed appointment time but forgot to tell me, the patient, that appointment had been changed. Dr never called or got in touch with results. I had to repeatedly call their office for over a week, until finally a SEPARATE Specialist called me to set up a consultation about the results BEFORE Dr. Melzer had bothered to give me the results!! I had to call AGAIN and DEMAND to speak with him to even find out the initial results of the test HE ordered. NOT RECOMMENDED
