Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I was in a lot of pain during my visit. They respected my desire to help control my pain without having unnecessary treatment. They were reall a help. I'm really excited to tell all my friends and family about my great experience here.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
