Although Dr. Melvin is wonderful, he should file his office staff. The office manager is very rude and so is the surgery scheduler. I have never dealt with an office staff so rude. I am sure Dr. Melvin has no idea that his staff is treating his patients with such disrespect. It is employees like these that lose business for even the most wonderful physicians.

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Is this business in a safe neighborhood? No way!! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely!
