I was referred to Dr. Melvin by a friend who he had treated a few years ago. Under his care, she has been pain free from a few herniated discs for over three years now. Dr. Melvin and his staff have been exceptional, and though I've had to reschedule appointments/procedures due to my changing schedule, they were accommodating and understanding. His staff has gone above and beyond to help me make decisions regarding my treatments and care and I am extremely grateful!

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!! Worst staff I ever experienced from ANY doctor!! I called to make an appointment and the guy was very rude and thought my questions were dumb. He finally got fed up with me I guess because he wouldn't answer my question and he hung up on me. This place was a referral but I will never go to a place that is not professional and courteous. The way the staff is only reflects that the doctor will only be the same way.

I am aware there are many people that do not appreciate the best doctors, but are there only to receive scripts for unnecessary medication. I know I have found the very best Pain Medicine doctor/anesthesiologist and I’ve been to other doctors in the past 17 years and none looked out for my own best interest. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

THIS GUY NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE .HE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AND OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS. PAIN MANAGEMENT APPEARS TO BE LOWER ON THE DOCTOR SCALE THAN ACCUPUNCTURE AND CHIROPRACTIC MEDICINE. SAD TO OFFER NO SOLUTIONS OTHER THAN A BAG OF PILLS. I HOPE THIS GUY SLEEPS WELL AT NIGHT BECAUSE HE SURE MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CHRONIC PAIN TO SLEEP. SAD.
