I have done three procedures at Melville Center and always the same smile very nice people
My mom had both of her cataracts done here a year apart. All of the nurses and staff are great. The only thing that could be done better is the communication to the loved ones in the waiting room. Both times we were there, nobondy told me when the surgery was completed and that she was in recovery. The only time someone came out to notify me was when she was ready to go home. I don't know if that's up to the doctor or what, but I find that part of the experience to be the reason I'm not giving five stars.

Absolutely HATE this place!! I'd give zero stars if I could! They are SO rude! Absolutely dreading going back here tomorrow for another procedure! �
