The staff there was amazing. Really knew how to talk to & calm down my terrified 4 year old before her surgery. After surgery they were extremely attentive & caring.

We have used this facility every 3 months for the past 5 years. Nursing staff is excellent, very friendly and professional. However, manager Juliette is rude and unprofessional, not allowing us to continue with necessary medical procedures because we are adhering to an agreed upon payment plan. Confused? So am I. She seems to lack understanding of the healthcare industry and how dangerous it is for patients to be denied treatments. GREAT WORK, HAPPY STAFF, NICE AND CLEAN, ON TIME AND EASY TO PARK
The nurses were wonderful and sympathetic. They understood my fears. When my husband was concerned because it was taking longer the woman at the desk made an immediate call to get him an answer which he truly appreciated.
The place is so clean the people peaceful and so helpful and the doctors top shelf .
I had knee surgery yesterday and everyone was nice and professional. And they gave me a call back today to see how I was doing. I will share Melville Surgery Center to others. Amen and Amen
My husband had knee surgery yesterday. Everyone was very nice and professional. He was in and out in no time. They just called today to follow up. I would highly recommend this facility.
