I had a wonderful experience with Umi. She was warm, welcoming, and very professional throughout. The space was clean and calming, which made it easy to relax. Her massage skills are excellent — she really listened to what I needed and left me feeling refreshed and completely at ease. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a caring and professional massage therapist. Knocked off a star because it lacked heating in winter and music was a bit western, instead of the usual traditional instruments.
