Great people. We've experienced sub-par performance with other (much more expensive) home carers. And lots of very minor elderly abuse (such as cleaners asking if they can leave after half an hour - despite 2hrs being listed on the bill). Enough abuse to make it clear to never put my Mother in "a home". These guys are not-for-profit, which essentially means they employ a lot of people.
