My experience when I visit Melzer Eye Care is excelente, Dr Melzer answer all my questions and take your time checking everything, he is the best and all personal is profesional and kind. This place is simply so clean and organized, I fell relax because I’m sure everyone takes care of my eyes.
I am giving a five rating even Though The wait time in the waiting room was very long. They had a sign short on staff. This is understandable but don’t book as many people or call to say to come 1/2 hour later. I got there 20 minutes prior to my appointment and waited about a hour. The appointment was very fast once I got to see Dr. Meltzer. He is always very Thorough In the eye examination. I have been going to this office for many years. The staff/worker in his office are very friendly.
Today Oct 8, 24. My appointment at 11:30am. After 2 hour, they put 2 eyes drops, then I sat in the office until 1:15pm. I got out the office asking them why I waited for so long? They said the doctor was looking for you, I said I am standing at the front of the room, front desk and that room only 5 ft away, straight. I am 76 y.o. they look at me without feeling. I had to go to pizza place next to it to sit down, I cannot see anything. I don't know what happened to that place. The first time for me. The doctor may be good.
