In a global pandemic where businesses are struggling it is remarkable they are willing to lose customers due to their rude staff. I paid $1300 for a spa day for 3 of us and all I got was a nasty staff member carrying on about how she is to busy to do her job and booked back to back. The manager Allison had herself locked in an office unavailable to assist customers. I had them refund me and left for a spa who was happy to accept my money and provide service. I was in today to get a massage and manicure. The massage was GREAT. The manicure was not so good. My polish was put on way to thick and would not dry and therefore got messed up two hours after I left. I was expecting a lot more for the money I payed.

Was cancelled on twice in one week for a simple haircut, d/t “stylist not available” I understand these are unusual times so I was not upset the first time, but when I was rescheduled, you think they would be sure there would be a stylist available. Wasted time waiting when I could of just gone elsewhere. I did cancel because I am afraid it would happen a third time. Hope to get my deposit refund!

This is what my nails looked like 1-2 days after my mani/pedi. I paid $130 dollars for this....shameful. I splurged and this is what I got. Never will return, nor recommend this establishment. I might as well have painted them myself for free. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging that amount of money for such a poor service.

My sisters and I enjoyed nail services at Melt Spa this past weekend. It's a lovely facility and friendly staff. The spa manicure was luxurious. When I wasn't satisfied with my polish job, Carrie was quick to make it right. Great customer service. Will be back again.
